How Mumbi Safety handles company and occupational health and safety compliance records.

Records you upload

Compliance uploads may contain company, employee, identity, competency, insurance, tax, COIDA, or related records. Only upload records when you have lawful authority and any consent required for that record.

How records are used

Uploaded records are used to build and maintain the safety files and compliance profiles you request. Access is limited to the account that owns the relevant company or project, except for authorized and audited support or legal access.

File Builder updates

When you ask for File Builder updates, we store your name, work email, consent version, and acknowledgement time so we can send relevant availability and release notices. These details are not used to create an account or process a payment, and you may withdraw through the privacy request channel below.

Correction, deletion, and withdrawal

You may request correction or deletion of personal information, or withdraw an upload authority acknowledgement where applicable. Some records may need to be retained when a legal obligation applies.
